Greystar joins CPPIB and Cyrela in São Paulo rental housing JV

Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC has joined Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Cyrela Brazil Realty in a joint venture that will develop, own and operate multifamily rental housing in São Paulo.
