Greenlane Renewables and SWEN to form JV

Burnaby, British Columbia-based Greenlane Renewables, a provider of biogas upgrading systems that are helping decarbonize natural gas, and French private equity firm SWEN Capital Partners have agreed "in principle" to form a joint venture.
