Grab to go public via merger with Altimeter Capital SPAC: WSJ

Grab, a Southeast Asia-based ride-hailing platform, is planning on going public via a $39.6 million merger with Altimeter Growth Corp., a blank check company sponsored by Altimeter Capital, reported the Wall Street Journal.
