Goldner Hawn-backed Matrix buys Lohnpack

Matrix Adhesives Group, which is backed by Goldner Hawn, has acquired Hamilton, New Jersey-based Lohnpack, a provider of niche solutions for the filling of adhesives, chemicals, and paint products.
