Clearlake, SkyKnight-backed Symplr buys HealthcareSource HR from Francisco Partners.

The acquisition of HealthcareSource represents symplr’s twelfth acquisition in the past six years, and its seventh under sponsorship from Clearlake and SkyKnight since November 2018.
