Churchill supports SmartWave’s acquisition of Multi-Tech Systems

Churchill Asset Management has provided a credit facility to back Toronto-based SmartWave Technologies' acquisition of Michigan-based Multi-Tech Systems Inc, a provider of industrial internet of things communication devices and services.
