Cadillac Fairview to sell 50 percent stake in Quebec shopping mall

Cadillac Fairview, which is backed by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, has agreed to sell a 50 percent stake in CF Carrefour Laval to affiliates of TD Asset Management.
