Antares Capital appointed Timothy Lyne as senior managing director and co-head of Sponsor Coverage and Vivek Mathew as head of Asset Management and funding.
LaSalle Investment Management raised more than $1.1 billion for LaSalle Asia Opportunity ("LAO V") which exceeded its target of $750 million. Capital came from 20 external institutional investors in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the U.S.
SNH Capital Partners and PeopleFacts, which is owned by SNH and provides employment screening services, acquired TRAK-1, a provider of employment, volunteer, and residential/tenant background screening for businesses across the country. Combining PeopleFacts and TRAK-1 will form a leading U.S. background screening market.

Battery Ventures leads $62 million Series C funding in ServiceTitan, which provides workflow and field service management software for home-service businesses. Other investors in the funding included Bessemer Venture Partners, ICONIQ Capital and Hire Ventures. Battery General Partner Michael Brown will join ServiceTitan's board.
QuadReal and Altus Group invested $3.5 million in a Series B round in Honest Buildings, a project management platform for real estate owners. The additional investment brings total Series B funding to $25 million. Other investors in the funding round included Brookfield Property Partners, Oxford Properties Group, The Durst Organization, DivcoWest Real Estate, Rudin Ventures and C-III Capital Partners as well as venture capital firms including Thrive Capital, Navitas Capital and Greensoil Building Innovation Fund. Honest Buildings raised a total of $43 million to date.
Greystar Real Estate Partners is opening an office in Santiago, Chile. Managing Director Tom Livelli will lead the office and oversee real estate investment and development.
Sapphire Ventures led a $20 million Series B funding in Punchh a digital marketing business that works with brick and mortar retail stores. Cervin Ventures participated in the funding. Punchh raised a total of $31 million to date.
Dating app East Meet East raised $4 million in Series A funding from a group of investors, including 500 Startups. Other investors included Asahi Medialab Ventures, DG Lab Fund (jointly established by Digital Garage and Daiwa Securities Group), Mobile Internet Capital, Septeni Holdings and others.
The Syndicate Fund, Matchstick Ventures, M25 Group and Router Ventures led a 1.4 million seed round in Local Crate, which delivers meal kits. Other investors in the seed funding included a group of Minnesota angel investors. Local Crate will use proceeds for growth.
