Alliance Consumer Growth closed Alliance Consumer Growth Fund III LP at an oversubscribed $210 million. ACG typically invests between $5 million and $25 million in fast-growing, privately-held consumer, retail and restaurant companies. ACG’s debut fund was launched in 2011 with $44 million of capital. Fund II was raised in 2014 with $90 million of capital. ACG’s legal advisor was Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel. No fund placement agent was used.
Catalyst Investors hired David Gordon as a senior associate. Gordon was formerly a private equity senior analyst with Wolfson Group.
Dundon Capital Partners launched DCP Advisors LLC, a strategic tax, business and investment advisory practice. DCP Advisors will advise clients, including Dundon Capital and its portfolio companies. Chuck Thompson will join the practice as managing partner. Most recently he headed the mergers and acquisitions group of KPMG LLP for Dallas and Denver.
The Boston Consulting Group hired Laila Worrell as a partner and managing director in its principal investors and private equity practice in New York. Worrell joins BCG from Accenture, where she was a managing director and led the firm’s New York metro region.

Stirling Square Capital Partners acquired UK-based Mettis Aerospace Ltd, a maker of parts for the aerospace sector, from Saints Chamonix. Financial terms were not disclosed.
SCG Partners acquired the assets of an additional commercial landscape company in Florida. In October, SCG acquired three landscape maintenance companies in Melbourne, Florida. The combined businesses currently operate as Green Leaf Landscaping & Irrigation. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Lexington Partners opened an office in Santiago, Chile. Jose Sosa del Valle, a principal who has spearheaded Lexington’s Latin American activities for the past seven years, will lead the office. This is the firm’s sixth location globally.
