Middle market private equity firm Tailwind Capital invested in New Jersey-based Diversified, which offers media technology, engineering, and integration services. In connection with the investment, Diversified acquired Technical Innovation, a provider of presentation technology and broadcast solutions. MSouth Equity Partners, Technical Innovation’s former owner, is a minority investor in the combined company. Financial terms of both transactions were not disclosed.
