Rita's Italian Ice, a portfolio company of Falconhead Capital, said Monday that it has named Michael Lorelli as executive chairman of the board. Lorelli, an operating partner at Falconhead Capital, has been an outside director since the Falconhead acquisition. In addition to his new role, Lorelli is interim CEO and is currently conducting a search for the company's new president since the departure of Jonathan Fornaci. Headquartered in Trevose, Penn., Rita's Italian Ice is an Italian ice franchise.

Michael Baker Corp. said Monday that it has inked an agreement to be acquired by Integrated Mission Solutions, a portfolio company of DC Capital Partners. The transaction, which is expected to close late in the third quarter or early in the fourth quarter of 2013, is valued at $396.9 million. IMS and Jefferies Finance will provide debt financing for the transaction. Also, Jefferies is acting as exclusive financial advisor to IMS and DC Capital while Houlihan Lokey is serving as financial advisor to Baker. Based in Moon Township, Penn., Michael Baker is a provider of engineering, design, planning and construction services.

Insight Venture Partners has named Ross Devor as vice president. In his new role, Ross will focus on leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations in the software sector. Prior to joining Insight, Ross worked at Thoma Bravo where he was a member of the investment team. Based in New York, Insight Venture Partners is a private equity and venture capital firm.

Telegraph Hill Partners said Monday that it has raised $310 million for THP III, a new fund. According to the company, the fund will be used to finance "innovative enterprises on the verge of expansion." Based in San Francisco, Calif., Telegraph Hill Partners is a venture capital firm that focuses on investing in the life science and healthcare sectors.

CIT Group said Monday that it has provided a loan to Odyssey Investment Partners to support its previously announced acquisition of Cross Country Pipeline Supply Co. No financial terms were disclosed. CIT Corporate Finance served as the lead arranger for the transaction while financing was provided by CIT Bank, the U.S. commercial bank subsidiary of CIT. Based in Aurora, Colorado, CCP is a provider of rental equipment and components to the pipeline construction industry. Odyssey Investment Partners is a middle-market private equity firm.

City Loan, a portfolio company of Larsen MacColl Partners, said that it has received a $30 million term loan from Comvest Partners. According to City Loan, the capital will be used for growth and expansion. The Seaport Group advised City Loan on this transaction. Based in Long Beach, Calif., City Loan is a provider of direct-to-consumer loans.

CTPartners said Monday that it has named Paul Aldrich and Tim Kemp as the firm's global chief human resources officer in Asia and Europe, respectively. Headquartered in New York, with offices all over the world, CTPartners is an executive search firm that serves a wide variety of sectors, including private equity and venture capital.

Lincoln International, a global mid-market investment bank, said today that it has acquired Rondelli Advisers. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, Saverio Rondelli, managing director of Rondelli Advisors, has been named CEO for Lincoln in Italy and will lead the new office. Based in Milan, Italy, Rondelli Advisors is an M&A advisory firm.

LHP Hospital Group, which is backed by CCMP Capital Advisors, said Monday that it has named Mark Miller as executive vice president and CFO, effective July 29, 2013. In his new role, Miller will lead LHP’s corporate finance unit. Miller replaces William J. Hibbitt, who is retiring. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, LHP Hospital Group is a provider of resources to not-for-profit hospitals and health systems.

Private Equity Headhunters said Friday that it has named Jaree Zafar as its new chief technology officer. In his new position, Zafar will be responsible for managing the company's IT department. Based in Dallas, Private Equity Headhunters is an executive recruitment firm that specializes in the private equity/venture capital sector.
