American First Financial said Monday that it has completed its merger with Kennedy Capital Corp. The company will now run under the name American First Financial. Also, all of Kennedy Capital's business dealings and investments will become part of American First Financial's portfolio. Headquartered in Miami, American First Financial is an investment firm. Kennedy Capital is a mortgage brokerage firm in Pasadena, Calif.
Dallas-based private equity firm Turnbridge Capital said Monday that it has recapitalized Pipe Pros. No financial terms were disclosed. Headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas, Pipe Pros is a provider of casing and tubing installations.
De Luna Partners has hired Curtis L. Spears as a partner. Prior to joining De Luna Partners, Spears worked at Gray & Company where he served as senior managing director of business development. Based in Orinda, Calif., De Luna Partners is a placement agent that raises capital for private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and global equity investment managers.

Golub Capital said Monday that it has provided a $67 million loan to PreCision Dermatology. The capital will be used to refinance PreCision Dermatology. Based in Cumberland, RI, PreCision Dermatology is a provider of skincare therapies.
