Findly, a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group, has hired Sal Apuzzio has senior vice president, Eastern region new business sales. Previously, Apuzzio worked at SilkRoad where he served as executive vice president of sales, Americas. Based in San Francisco, Findly is a talent platform.
Harbert European Growth Capital Fund, an alternative investment fund sponsored by Harbert Management Corp., has raised approximately 93 million euros in its most recent close. The fund is targeting 200 million euros and is slated to hold its final close in December 2014.

Louisiana LNG Energy has received undisclosed funding from ArcLight Capital Partners. According to the firm, the capital will be used for LLNGE's mid-scale LNG export terminal currently under development in Louisiana along the Mississippi River. Sea Port Group Securities and Galway Capital served as lead financial advisor and financial advisor, respectively, to LLNGE on the transaction.
