McLarens, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, has received a $107 million credit facility. GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, served as the administrative agent while GE Capital Markets was lead arranger and joint book runner on the loan. Headquartered in Atlanta, McLarens is a provider of claims management, loss adjusting, pre-risk and damage surveying and auditing services.
New York-based investment firm Brock Capital Group has hired O. James Sterling III as a managing director in the firm's M&A transaction advisory group. Previously, Sterling worked at Aleutian Capital Group where he served as managing director and head of investment banking.
FilterBoxx has received $14.7 million in funding. An unnamed Swiss family office that specializes in technology, energy and natural resources led the round. Previous backers XPV Capital Corp. and EnerTech Capital participated in the round. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, FilterBoxx is a provider of water treatment solutions for industrial, municipal, resort and aboriginal clients.
PrimeSport, which is backed by Clearlake, has named John Walker as president. Sam Soni will remain in his role as CEO. Previously, Walker worked at Tickets.com where he served as president and CEO. PrimeSport is a provider of direct access to top sporting events.
Results International Group has promoted Julie Langley to partner. Also, the firm has hired Chris Lewis as managing director in its technology and digital media practice. Langley first joined the firm in September 2012 while Lewis is the former head of technology M&A at KPMG. Based in London, Results International advises on M&A deals and provides corporate finance advice to marketing communications and new media industries.
Hycroft said Monday that it has hired Terry L. Wetterman, Jr. as a director. Previously, Wetterman worked at Paul Capital where he served as director of investor relations. Based in New York, Hycroft is an investment bank focused on the alternative investments market.
Sycamore Partners said Monday that it has bought the Coldwater Creek brand and other intellectual property. No financial terms were disclosed. The firm plans on re-launching Coldwater Creek, a women's clothing retailer that filed for bankruptcy, as an independent portfolio company.
Stone Point Capital has acquired LTCG. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Eden Prairie, Minn., LTCG is a provider of business process outsourcing solutions for long-term care insurance.
Private equity firm and real estate secondary manager Landmark has named Jarrett Vitulli as a principal. Previously, Vitulli, who will be based in the firm's New York City office, worked at UBS where he was a managing director.
Tower Three has completed its acquisition of NTS. According to terms of the transaction, Tower Three will acquire all outstanding shares of NTS common stock for $2 per share in cash. As a result of the deal, NTS will become a privately held firm. Headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, NTS is a provider of high speed broadband services to residential and business customers in northern Texas and southeastern Louisiana.
