Georgia Oak Partners has made an undisclosed investment in Farm Burger. With locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and California, Farm Burger is a burger chain.

Chicago-based lower mid-market fund-of-funds manager RCP Advisors has collected over $257 million for its 11th fund, according to an SEC filing. The target is $400 million.
