Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget has agreed to acquire BSN Medical, a medical therapy solutions provider, in a deal that values BSN at 2.7 billion euros. The seller is EQT. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of next year.

Exponent Private Equity has acquired Leisure Pass, a city attraction pass provider. The seller was Primary Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams & Co was the financial adviser to Leisure Pass on the deal.
UrbanFund, a Toronto-based real estate development company and Takol Real Estate Inc, a Canadian private equity real estate-focused firm, have acquired a Brampton, Ontario-based industrial complex. The price of the transaction is $5.255 million. Both Urbanfund and Takol own a 50 percent stake in the property.

General Atlantic has acquired a majority stake in Sweden-based Hemnet, an online real estate classifieds platform. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that was also done with Pierre Siri and Henrik Persson. In conjunction with the deal, Persson, Siri and Chris Caulkin of General Atlantic have been added to Hemnet's board of directors.
