Shamrock Capital Advisors led the round with participation from other investors that included Oak View Group and Tim Leiweke. In addition to the funding, Andy Howard of Shamrock Partners and Alan Resnikoff have been added to Appetize's board while Leiweke will become a board observer.

Hill International has agreed to sell its Construction Claims Group to Bridgepoint for $147 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in about 60 days. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc and Duane Morris LLP advised Hill on the deal while E&Y, Travers Smith LLP and Choate Hall & Stewart LLP advised Bridgepoint. Hill International's Construction Claims Group provides an assortment of services that include claims consulting, management consulting, litigation support, expert witness testimony and cost/damages assessment.
The Silverfern Group and Arroyo Energy Investment Partners have acquired Gaffney, South Carolina-based Broad River Power Holdings, a gas turbine electric power plant. No financial terms were disclosed.
