Mesa West Capital has closed its fourth real estate debt fund at a hard cap of $900 million, beating its original $750 million target. Mesa West Real Estate Income Fund IV's investors include public and corporate pension funds, sovereigns, insurance companies and foundations and endowments.
Houston, Texas-based CRG, a healthcare investment firm, has closed its third fund at a hard cap of $1.25 billion, sweeping past its initial target by 25 percent.
LiquidPoint, Convergex's options trading and tech business, and Dash Financial, a trading tech provider, have agreed to merge. The combined entity will be a financial tech company in the options and equities markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Raymond James advised Dash on the transaction. Convergex is backed by GTCR.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has closed its previously announced investment in Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citi provided financial advice to CD&R on the transaction while Robert W. Baird & Co did likewise for Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. Based in Port Washington, New York, Drive is a medical products maker.
Lonsdale Capital Partners led a management buyout of London-based P2 Consulting, a project management company. No financial terms were disclosed. Equiteq advised P2 Consulting on the MBO.
TPG Real Estate has agreed to acquire A&O Hotels and Hostels, a European hostel platform. No financial terms were disclosed.
Solera Holdings Inc has agreed to buy Autodata, a provider of tech information and knowledge solutions for the automotive service, maintenance and repair sector. The sellers are Bowmark Capital and Rothschild & Co's Five Arrows Principal Investments. No financial terms were disclosed. Solera's backers include Vista Equity Partners, Koch Industries and Goldman Sachs.
Fenwick Brands has hired Elizabeth Stewart as director of investments. Her appointment became effective January 3, 2017. Previously, Stewart worked at Harbert Management Corp and Webster Capital.
White Oak Healthcare Finance has named Jason Dufour as a managing director. Previously, Dufour worked at Wells Fargo Capital Finance where he served as a regional credit manager.
