Oak Hill Capital Partners has acquired Oxford Networks from Novacap. No financial terms were disclosed. Oxford is a fiber-optic bandwidth infrastructure services provider operating in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Lincolnshire Management has sold National Pen to Cimpress N.V. for about $218 million. Lazard Middle Market provided financial advice to Lincolnshire Management Inc and National Pen on the transaction. Based in San Diego, National Pen is a maker of custom writing instruments.
Belcan LLC, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LLC, has acquired Albuquerque, New Mexico-based The Kemtah Group, a provider of IT infrastructure support services. No financial terms were disclosed. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP provided financial advice to Belcan and AE Industrial Partners on the transaction while Bluestone Capital Partners did likewise for Kemtah.

Lynx FBO Network, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, has acquired two locations at the Anoka County-Blaine Airport serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. They are Cirrus Flight Operations and Key Air Twin Cities. No financial terms were disclosed.
Middle East-based fund placement firm Greenstone Equity Partners has hired Sean Kearney as chief operating officer and Khalid Alkelabi as managing director of investor relationships. Previously, Kearney worked at UBS AG where his last role was senior executive officer for UBS Dubai Branch while Alkelabi worked at Al Fozan Holding Group where he served as the chief administrative officer.
New York Life Investments has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Greenwich, Connecticut-based Credit Value Partners, which specializes in high-yield and corporate debt investments. No financial terms were disclosed. Berkshire Capital Securities LLC provided financial advice to CVP on the transaction. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
