Veritable LP and Moelis Asset Management LP are forming Archean Capital Partners, a new private market investment firm. The joint venture will provide portfolio managers with capital to launch their own funds.
Rock Hill Capital Group LLC has raised $150.6 million for its third fund. The Houston-based private equity firm Rock Hill focuses on companies whose EBITDA is between $4 million and $10 million. Aqueduct Capital Group served as the placement agent for Rock Hill Capital III while Proskauer Rose LLP provided legal advice for the fund.
