According to Donnelley Financial Solutions' Private Equity Report, Joshua Pang has joined the Blackstone Group as a principal. Previously, Pang was a principal at BC Partners.

Rockwood Capital LLC has closed its 10th real estate fund at a hard cap of $1.1 billion. Rockwood Capital Real Estate Partners Fund X LP will target office, residential, retail and hotel assets in the U.S. The fund's investor base include public and private pension funds, foundations, endowments, insurance companies, funds of funds, family offices and high-net worth individuals. Park Madison Partners was Fund X's placement agent in North America while Threadmark LLP was the fund's European counterpart.

London-based Tenzing Private Equity, a mid-market private equity firm, has raised 200 million pounds at a hard cap for its oversubscribed debut fund. The target was 150 million pounds. Tenzing Private Equity I LP will focus on making investments between 10 million pounds and 50 million pounds in a wide variety of sectors. Proskauer advised Tenzing on the fundraising.

GenNx360 Capital Partners has hired Daphne Dufresne as a managing partner. Previously, Dufresne worked at RLJ Equity Partners where she was a founding partner and managing director.

Tech Air, which is owned by CI Capital Partners, has closed its acquisition of Florida-based Gasco Affiliates, a provider of specialty gases. No financial terms were disclosed.

Falconhead Capital and M3 Outdoor Investments has acquired Colorado-based Kwik Tek Inc, a provider of outdoor branded products for the recreational water sports and winter sports markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Lazard Middle Market LLC provided financial advice to Kwik Tek on the transaction.

Polaris Alpha, which is backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Elkridge, Maryland-based Intelesys Corp, a provider of computer network operations and cyber solutions for the intelligence community. No financial terms were disclosed.

Big Outdoor LLC, a portfolio company of SunTx Capital Partners LP, has named Bob Johns as chief revenue officer. His appointment is effective immediately. Previously, Johns worked at Sensory Interactive where he served as director of revenue management and strategy. Big Outdoor LLC is an out-of-home marketing and advertising sales company.

Ethypharm, which is backed by PAI Partners, has agreed to acquire UK-based Martindale Pharma, a drug company that specializes in opioid addiction, emergency care and sterile injectables. No financial terms were disclosed.

NEJ Inc has acquired men's sportswear brand Bills Khakis from Source Capital LLC. No financial terms were disclosed.
