Riverstone Properties has acquired Richmond, Virginia-based James Center, comprised of three office towers, for $108 million. The seller was LNR Property, a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust Inc. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller on the transaction.

Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire Planview from Insight Venture Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. According to terms of the deal, Thoma Bravo will become Planview's new majority owner while Insight Venture Partners will maintain its original 2014 investment. William Blair is providing financial advice to Insight Venture Partners and Planview on the transaction. Based in Austin, Texas, Planview is a provider of work and resource management solutions.
Merlone Geier Partners, a West Coast private real estate investment company, has acquired Burlington, Washington-based Cascade Mall and San Rafael, California-based Northgate Mall for $170 million. The seller was the Macerich Company.
Jernigan Capital Inc has closed a $14.1 million Atlanta-based development project of a facility slated to provide climate-controlled storage near the Georgia Tech campus. Jernigan co-invested with RRB Development. The construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of this year, with the project to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
