Oakdale, Minnesota-based Imation Corp has formed GlassBridge Asset Management, an investment adviser subsidiary. The launch is the result of a closing with Clinton Group Inc, an asset manager and investment adviser. Imation plans on rebranding its new investment adviser as GlassBridge Enterprises this summer.
Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Cologix, a data center and interconnection solutions provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Cologix's remaining investors, which include Columbia Capital and Greenspring Associates, will continue to retain stakes in the company.
