The Sterling Group has acquired Waco, Texas-based Time Manufacturing Company, a maker of aerial lifts. The seller was O'Flaherty Holdings Limited. No financial terms were disclosed.
ORIX Capital Partners LLC has acquired Hoffman Southwest Corp, a provider of water flow solutions. The seller was Sterling Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Houlihan Lokey advised Sterling on the transaction.
Blackstone, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, the Public Sector Pension Investment Board, and the National Pension Service of Korea have acquired TeamHealth for $43.50 per share in cash. The deal is valued at about $6.1 billion. As a result of the transaction, TeamHealth will no longer trade on the New York Stock Exchange. Goldman Sachs served as lead financial adviser, with Citigroup Global Markets Inc acting as co-financial adviser to TeamHealth. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, TeamHealth is a physician services organization.

Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe has made an undisclosed investment in Revel Systems, a provider of cloud-based point-of-sale solutions. As a result of the transaction, WCAS has taken a majority stake in the company. Also, Revel has named Scott Betts as its new CEO.
Real estate investment firm Kennedy Wilson and its partner have acquired Seattle-based Radius, a multifamily community. The price of the transaction was $141 million.
MetLife Investment Management has appointed Maya Kiyokawa as a director in its institutional client group. In her new role, Kiyokawa will be based in Tokyo and lead new business development in Japan. Previously, Kiyokawa worked at Teneo Partners where she served as director of the alternative product sales department in Japan.
