Private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe agreed to provide financing to InnovAge, a senior care company with locations in Colorado, New Mexico and California, which is converting from nonprofit to for-profit. Net proceeds from the sale of InnovAge assets—$196 million, plus a potential $8 million earn out in 2018—will be used to fund The NextFifty Inititive, a Colorado elder care foundation.

Soaring Pine Capital Growth Fund I purchased Chicago-based Technology Solutions, Inc., which will roll up to a holding company called Tikoo Solutions LLC. Birmingham, Michigan-based Soaring Pine Capital, a Simon Group Holdings company, will support the new entity's expansion in partnership with two veteran cable/wireless executives, Jerry McCoy and William Fenton. Tikoo Solutions will be owned by the fund, the management team and Technology Solutions founder John Urso.
