Crestline Investors Inc. announced the creation of a private equity credit and fund restructuring team, which will focus on providing customized capital solutions to mature private equity funds approaching the end of their lifespans. The team will be co-led by Amit Mahajan, formerly managing director at Macquarie Asset Management, and David Philip, who will report to Crestline managing partner and CIO Douglas Bratton.
PineBridge Structured Capital completed an $80 million subordinated debt financing for Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC, a portfolio company of American Infrastructure Funds. Empire is a wholesale distributor of branded and unbranded motor fuel in the United States. The capital will support its acquisition program.
Vision Media Management acquired Cinema Scene Marketing, a provider of digital display networks and related promotional products. Vision is backed by Austin-based private equity firm CenterGate Capital.

ATC Group Services LLC agreed to acquire Environmental Compliance Services, a provider of site remediation and regulatory consulting services headquartered in Agawam, Massachusetts. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ATC is owned by Bernard Capital Partners, an energy-services focused private equity firm.
