Geospatial information company DigitalGlobe, Inc. agreed to acquire The Radiant Group, Inc. from aerospace, defense and national security private equity firm Aston Capital for $140 million in cash. Headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, Radiant has contracts with several intelligence-related government agencies.
The Halifax Group's portfolio company Golden State Overnight (GSO) was acquired by General Logistics Systems, a subsidiary of Royal Mail plc. BB&T Capital Markets' Logistics and Transportation Group advised GSO on the deal.
