Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, a Wells Fargo division, has named Dr. Rodney Altman as a managing director in its healthcare group. The appointment is effective immediately. Altman is a part-time physician at Stanford University Medical Center. He is based in San Francisco.

Integrated Care Physicians Inc, a provider of emergency medicine and acute care management services, has appointed Dr. Terry Meadows as executive chairman and board member. Meadows is a former divisional CEO for Envision Healthcare, a physician group owned by KKR. ICP is a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners.

SharesPost, a provider of liquidity to private growth companies, has named Christian Munafo as chief investment officer. Previously, he worked at HQ Capital where he was co-head of the global private equity secondary practice.

SightMD, a portfolio company of Chicago Pacific Founders, has acquired Hatsis Laser Vision, a provider of ophthalmic care in Long Island and the greater New York City area. No financial terms were disclosed.
