AMC buys TRUX Route Management Systems

AMCS, a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners and Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, has acquired Cambridge, Ontario-based TRUX Route Management Systems Inc, a provider of software solutions for the waste industry.
