Advent, SoftBank invest in Latin America’s Merama at $850m valuation

New investor Globo Ventures, the venture arm of the Brazil-based media conglomerate, and existing investors Monashees, Valor Capital, Balderton Capital and MAYA Capital also participated in the financing.
